Today was the first day of my 30 day with Jillian and it totally kicked my butt! It was non-stop for 20 mins and I thought the warmup was hard! Take into consideration that I have had 3 children and never worked out in my life, lol. But I did finish the full workout and was sweating the most I ever have. My legs and arms are hurting so I know it is working. :) The worst part about it was afterwards when I wanted something sweet and salty. Some type of junk food. Instead I had grapes. :) I think its a good start. Now its just keeping up with it5 days a week. Right now I am at 145....lets see where I'm at 1 month from today :)

As you all know, I am married to a wonderful man Josh and we have three beautiful children Tyler, Alexis, and Jacen. We currently live 1,000 miles away from our family and friends that were in our lives each and everyday and plan on being here for another 4 years but soon enough we will be reunited with them and that will be an amazing day!
