About Me
- Michelle
- Hello to family and friends! I have decided to start blogging so that everyone can see what is going on here in NC. As you all know, I am married to a wonderful man Josh and we have three beautiful children Tyler, Alexis, and Jacen. I am a very proud wife and mother to my family and I wouldnt change it for anything in the world. We currently live 1,000 miles away from our family and friends that were in our lives each and everyday and plan on being here for another 4 years but soon enough we will be reunited with them and that will be an amazing day! We miss everyone so much. But until then, keep up with our blog to find out what goes on in our world down here :)

Remembering Michael Patton
In 2008 one of Josh's friends did not make it back from Afghanistan. When we went back home this year we made our way to go see him and his family. Driving through that cemetery was so heartfelt and emotional just knowing that so many men and women have sacrificed thier lives for us to be free. Michael, you are a great man and it was a pleasure to know you. We miss you and will see you again! :)

Chuck E Cheese
Right before we went home we decided that we needed to take the kids to Chuck E Cheese with our thier friend and ours! Zech and Monique are a young couple, with a daughter Avery, like us which is really nice to have. Zech and Josh have been friends for a very long time! The kids had a great time and Daddy's too :) We won lots of tickets and great prizes! Cant wait to move back and be able to spend a lot of time hanging out with them! We miss you guys :)

Visiting aunt julie, uncle steve, and wally
After the zoo we went and visited with with some more family. The kids played outside on the swing set while the adults kept the conversation going. It was nice to visit them because they have done so much for us, like everyone has, and we dont get to see them very often. It was great to see you guys! The pics turned out great :)

Visiting Papa Denny
Simming at Maw Maw Charlotte's
Mmmm cupcakes....
Aunt Tonya took us on a surprise sweet treat on Tuesday to a cupcake shop! They had gourmet cupcakes that were sooo good. Tyler got the sweet and salty that had a pretzel on it, Alexis and Mommy had a pink girly vanilla and Daddy had turtle! They made such a mess but were so yummy! Cant wait to go back one day....thanks Aunt Tonya, we loved it!

Six Flags & Hurricane Harbor
Monday we spent all day at Six Flags with maw maw Charlotte, Aunt Tonya, Papa Tony, Kylee, Nolan and us four and it was another great day! The boys rode the coasters and the kids played in the looney toons park area. Tyler rode airplanes and balloons and loved it! We also went to Hurricane Harbor while everyone played in the water and Mommy got some great pictures. I think the best part of the day was the Ferris Wheel and Scooby Doo because the kids just lit up with smiles :) At the end of the day we were all very tired and went to bed....such a good time!

4th of July 2010
This was such a great day for all of us! There was lots of family over and our friends came too with their daughter Avery. We dressed up all handsome and pretty and got ready for the day. Daddy shot off fireworks with Zech and Uncle David while everyone watched...it was a good show! We got to ride horses and camels in the afternoon and ate barbeque...yum! Lots of pictures were taken but I could only put so much on. Hope you all had a great day too :)
